This site is operated by FAYN ("we", "us"). We keep this simple because our data practices are simple.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does no advertising tracking. The embedded video player is configured with Do-Not-Track so it does not set tracking cookies either.
The only personal data we collect is what you type into the Architex Build Application or Free Advice forms: your name, Instagram handle or other contact platform and handle, business description, website, timeframe, budget range, and project details.
We use your submission solely to review your project or request and respond to you. Submissions are stored in a private Google Form/Google Sheet (Google LLC acts as our data processor; data may be stored on Google servers outside the UK under Google's standard contractual safeguards) accessible only to the FAYN team. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else, and we do not add you to any marketing list.
Purchases (workshop tickets and Covenant membership) are processed entirely by Whop. We never see or store your payment details. Whop's own privacy policy governs data you provide at checkout.
Application data is kept only as long as needed to assess and respond to your enquiry, and is deleted when no longer required.
If you join our Discord community or purchase a service, Discord and Whop process your account and payment data under their own privacy policies. Our Terms of Service govern those services.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us via Instagram @faynfaysal and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with strict security headers, and form submissions travel encrypted end to end.
